Jack’s Family Restaurant is opening a new Memphis location featuring Southern comfort food, double drive-thru, round tables, fireplace, and biscuit-making viewing window. The restaurant has 3,274 square feet and occupant load of 75.

Insomnia Cookies planning its first Nashville location in the Kenect development. The cookie brand offers various cookies, brownies, ice cream, and cookie cakes. This would be their first direct Nashville location despite having several other Tennessee locations.
