The Amber Cat
New music bar and intimate venue from Rudy’s Jazz Room team, featuring diverse musical styles and genres. Plans include renovations to 1,681-square-foot space with 813-square-foot mezzanine.
Barney’s Sweet Shop
Gourmet popcorn and sweets shop planning first brick-and-mortar location. Brand focuses on employing individuals with disabilities and offers 75+ popcorn flavors plus brittle, chocolates and traditional sweets. Currently sells wholesale through Tennessee retailers.

Fast-casual chain location under construction in Powell, East Tennessee. Franchise owned by Ron Dresen who also operates existing Alcoa and Kingston Pike locations. Menu features burgers, chicken sandwiches, seafood and salads.
Epice
Lebanese restaurant Epice, part of Siege Hospitality portfolio, has filed a permit for a second location in Green Hills. They have an existing location in 12South and serve Lebanese cuisine including hummus, falafel, lamb shank, and weekend brunch items.
The Studio Karaoke Restaurant & Bar
Memphis’s first and only private suite karaoke bar with 5 private suites for groups of 2-20, food and beverage service, currently in soft opening mode awaiting beer permit and liquor license approval

7 Brew coffee drive-thru cafe filing permits for new construction. 530 square foot building with 250 square foot cooler and 7 parking spaces. Franchisee Tim Heeren hopeful for late 3rd quarter early 4th quarter 2026 opening.

Third location of Nashville-based Pelato restaurant, a modern Brooklyn Italian concept by the Scotto family. 9,000-square-foot space with 280 seats, open bar, and enclosed patio. Will serve dinner seven days a week initially, with brunch added later.
